哈佛AP中心团体课程缴费及请假规定

Harvard AP Centre Group Lesson Policy

请各位家长和同学仔细阅读本规定:
Please read the following terms carefully:

1.本中心团体课程交费方式为：第一次上课前一次性交清所选课程规定课时的总学费。
Total tuition fee of selected courses must be paid off before the first class.

2. 若在所选课程开课以后加入班级，应缴学费数额将扣除已上过的课时部分，只需交剩余课时的学费。交费方式参照第一条规定执行。
If a student joins the classes after selected courses have commenced, only the tuition fee for the remaining classes will be charged. Payment shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 1.

3. 申请退出课程，退费按以下比例执行：申请退出时，若已授课1堂，可退80%的已缴学费；若已授课2堂，可退75%的已缴学费；若已授课3堂，可退70%的已缴学费；若已授课4堂，可退65%的已缴学费；若已授课5堂，可退55%的已缴学费；若已授课6堂及以上，则不退任何学费。
When applying for withdrawal from a course, refunds will be made at the following rates : after 1 class has been taught, 80% of the tuition paid will be refunded; after 2 classes have been taught, 75% of the tuition paid will be refunded; after 3 classes have been taught, 70% of the tuition paid will be refunded; after 4 classes have been taught, 65% of the tuition paid will be refunded; after 5 classes have been taught, 55% of the tuition paid will be refunded; after 6 classes have been taught (include 6 classes), no tuition will be refunded.

4. 课程已授课6次或以上，对于想加入课程的学生，有一次付费试上课的机会。决定加入后，交费方式参照第二条规定执行，加入后没有退费机制。
After a group lesson has had 6 or more classes, for a student who wants to join, he or she can have a trial class after paying the tuition fee for the trial class.?Upon deciding to join the class, payment shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article 2. There is no refund mechanism after joining.

5. 团体课请假须通过电话或短信提前通知授课老师，或本中心行政人员，并得到确认。所缺课时学费将不予退还，授课老师会将所缺课的课堂讲义和课上练习，以及课后作业通过电子邮件发给缺课学生。
Group lesson leaves shall be notified to the teacher or the administrative staff by phone or text message in advance and shall be confirmed by them. Tuition fee will not be refunded for the absent classes while lecture notes and exercises will be sent to students via email by teachers.

6. 团体课缺课学生若需补课，可向本中心提出申请，有两种方式可供选择：一种是在另一个同样课程不同时间段的班级有空位的情况下，可去该课堂学习所缺课程内容，无需另外付费；另一种是预约该课程授课老师的私教课时间，付费一对一补习。
If students want to make up missed classes, they can apply to the Centre. There will be 2 options for a student to choose from: A. Attending a same content class at different time given there is a vacancy. No additional fees will be charged. B. Booking a one-on-one session with the teacher. According rate will be applied.

7.未经教师同意，严禁学生在课上使用手机和手提电脑。学生如有擅自使用手机或电脑；或无故旷课、迟到、早退；或不按时完成作业等行为达3次以上，本中心将向学生发出警告并通知家长。警告3次以上仍未有改正者，本中心将对其做退学处理，剩余课时学费不予退还。
Students are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones or laptops without teacher's consent in class. Should there’ll be 3 or more misbehavior such as using cell phones or laptops in class without permission, absence, arriving late, leaving early, or not completing homework on time, the Centre will notify the student and parents. After 3 or more notices, the Centre will dismiss the student without any refund.

8.本中心的所有课程资料（包括课程讲义、幻灯片、练习题、视频录像等）均属哈佛AP中心的知识产权。未经本中心许可，任何个人或单位，以任何方式转发这些资料都构成侵犯版权行为，本中心将启动法律程序，追究侵权者的法律责任。
All materials of our courses (include: course handouts, lecture slides, practice questions, video readings, etc.) are the intellectual property of the Harvard AP Education. Redistribution of these materials by any means without permission of the copyright holder constitutes a breach of copyright and may lead to legal actions and corresponding prosecutions.
